Dr. GeraldDr. Gerald M. Matsuda

Education:

  • Castle High School
  • Pacific University, B.S. Visual Science
  • Pacific University, 1983, Doctor of Optometry

Practice Info:

Dr. Matsuda joined Dr. Robert Chang and Dr. Milton Kobayashi in 1983 and became an immediate partner. The practice has since changed its name to Windward Vision Center after the retirement of both Dr. R. Chang and Kobayashi. Dr. Matsuda has been a past board member of the Hawaii Optometric Association and a member of the American Optometric Association.

Personal:

Dr. Matsuda is married with two sons, Lance and Bryce.

Dr. StuartDr. Stuart K. Machida

Education:

  • Pacific University, Doctor of Optometry

Practice Info:

Dr. Machida has been in private practice at the current Kailua and Kaneohe office locations since 1992. He served as the president and chancellor of Phi Theta Upsilon Optometric fraternity. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Hawaii Optometric Association.

Personal:

Dr. Machida enjoys spending time with his wife and their twins, washing dishes, guitar playing, teaching Sunday School, and cleaning up after his naughty dog.

Dr. KAriDr. Kari Chang-Moses

Education:

Practice Info:

Dr. Chang-Moses joined Windward Vision Center in 2003. She is active professionally and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Hawaii Optometric Association. Dr. Chang-Moses has served on the Board of the Hawaii Optometric Association as Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President. In 2007 she was the recipient of the “Young Optometrist of the Year” Award.

Personal:

Dr. Chang-Moses enjoys spending time with her husband Mike, their children Nicolas, Kaila, and Jake, playing soccer and surfing.
